WASHINGTON (AP) — The House is expected to approve legislation today that would end air traffic controller furloughs blamed for thousands of flight delays this week. The measure was approved by the Senate last night. It would allow the Federal Aviation Administration to transfer up to $253 million instead of being forced to make across-the-board budget cuts required by the so-called sequester.
