Down The Drain

It took Charles E. Conrad 34 years to build his fortune & empire, yet in less than 20 years it all went down the proverbial drain! Things could have been worse. I would imagine it was a pretty good ride for awhile. We're reading the sage of Charles E. Conrad on Tuesday evenings up at the Marias Heritage Center here in Shelby, & I'll be there tonight at 6 o'clock SHARP to read & share more of Kalispell attorney James E. Murphy's tome, "Half Interest in a Silver Dollar." We about half way through the book & it's becoming more interesting every week. Looking forward to this evening for more "History at the Heritage"...MONTANA History!
