Shelby City Council meets this evening (Monday) at Shelby City Hall. There will be an update from last month (November) from Law Enforcement, along with the City Judge's Report. Up for discussion tonight will be an ordinance amending Title 10 (Building Regulations), Chapter 2 (Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter), & Section 6 (Exemptions). Cash Flow, Monthly Reconciliation Budget Year to Date, Vendor Summary, Statement of Expenditures, Revenues, Cash Report, Investment, Project Reports are also on tonight's agenda. Plus, an ordinance amending Title 1 (Animal Control Fees) increasing Dog License Fees from $5 to $10 for spayed or neutered dogs & $10 to $20 for unspayed or unneutered dogs.
