The tournament in Conrad continues - here's the latest for brackets. All Class C games can be heard on 96.7FM or online.

I spent last evening in the Cut Bank High School gymnasium, Willie DeGroot Memorial Gymnasium to be more precise, and I have to say, I was impressed.  It was a lot of fun, there was some great basketball played and it was refreshing to watch the kids.  I am from Cut Bank and my kids are (or were) Wolves, but I grew up in Browning and went to Browning High School.  I still know a LOT of people in B

I realized early this morning that I had left my Dwight Weiss School of Broadcasting lunch bucket at the radio station the day before. I had no choice but to brave 30 degree temperatures at 7 in the morning, drive in to the station to retrieve my lunch pail, and drive back home in order that another delicious lunch could be inserted into the bucket.

The Montana High School Association has posted the brackets for the state wrestling tournaments, so you can see who your favorite wrestlers will be facing Friday and Saturday. All the wrestling information is available, including a schedule of events and ticket prices, at MHSA...

Hello, Puffman Blog readers. I promised you that I would focus on sports in my next blog and here I go. Our FM station, K-96 (home of the All Nite Diner) will be broadcasting the CJI girls AND boys basketball games beginning at 5:50 this afternoon.

I'll do my best to keep you up to date on where our local teams are at in their conference.   Check out your team after the jump.

As Bob used to say, "whoever said "there's nothing to do in a small town, should simply ask the good folks who live there". I was just doing my show prep for the next couple of days and quite frankly, there's so much stuff to do all here that I wish I could be two people!

We have been asking a couple of questions on Sports Trivia this week about the Pro Bowl.  I think the trivia is more interesting than the game, but I am excited to see Marc Mariani play.   Randy Gramm won our contest this morning.

Dutton-Brady and Valier have rescheduled their blowing snowed-out games for February 1, with half a JV girls game to start at 3:30; varsity girls at 6:00 and varsity boys at 7:30.

This weekend we're kind of following Shelby and CJI around. We're broadcasting the Shelby-Cut Bank games on KSEN Friday and Conrad-Shelby on KSEN Saturday. On K96, we have the Sunburst-CJI games Friday and CJI-Simms Saturday. Find the NFL here Sunday, with the Green Bay-Chicago game at noon followed by the Jets-Pittsburgh game.
