Athletes of the Week

Our KSEN/K96 Bozeman Trophy male athlete of the week has been one of guys stepping up to give the North Toole County Refiners a more balanced attack and more victories. Our female athlete of the week has been a consistent force and leader for the Cut Bank Lady Wolves all season long.

Ten steals, twelve rebounds, and 19 points as the Refiners handed Heart Butte their first loss. Our KSEN announcing team had noted int he second half it seemed a loose ball turned up  and Williams showed every time as well. Williams added 13 points against Great Falls Central Saturday and then 26 Tuesday night against Dutton/Brady. Sunburst has now won nine of their last ten and head coach, Nate Aschim, says the team is balanced, taking some pressure off Treyton Pickering is probably a contributing factor to those victories.
