This's the title of the tome that I'll be giving away this afternoon (Monday) at 4:35 on Puffman Musical Trivia. Francis A. Boyle's the author & Professor Boyle outlines how & why the United States government initiated, sustained & then dramatically expanded an illegal biological arms buildup. Boyle's partner in crime, Professor Jonathan King came up with the foreword to the book & these 2 "egg heads" claim their book should raise public concern at what the vastly expanded U.S. biowarfare research & purported civilian preparedness programs hold in store for America.
